PLEASE NOTE: The Saturday, September 12, 2026 Pittston to Jim Thorpe excursion will operate on a modified schedule due to the Mountain Top Rotary Club Steam trip taking place.

Pittston Station: 8:45am (September 12 - 10:00am)

Penobscot (Mountain Top) Station: 9:37am (September 12 - 10:52am)

White Haven Station: 10:12am (September 12 - 11:27am)

Arrive in Jim Thorpe: by 11:05am (September 12 - 12:20pm)

Depart Jim Thorpe: 4:05pm (September 12 - 5:30pm)

Return Times

White Haven Station: by 5:12pm (September 12 - 6:23pm)

Penobscot (Mountain Top) Station: by 5:40pm (September 12 - 6:58pm)

Pittston Station: by 6:30pm (September 12 - 7:49pm)

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO FULLY ENJOY YOUR RIDE

Please bring your email confirmation with you day of train ride.

We recommend arriving at least 30-minutes prior to departure to allow time for parking, check-in, and boarding.

Show your email confirmation to a member of the crew to receive your paper tickets.

Penobscot & White Haven Passengers will receive their tickets from the Conductor as they board the train.

Please remember, the train will be in the station the entire time in Jim Thorpe during your visit! Passengers may return to the train at any time to warm up if you feel that it is necessary. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at all times during your excursion!
